Chef Francois Maeder of Crumpets Restaurant & Bakery will be hosting a special vintner dinner on Friday, August 26, 2011, at 7 p.m. The Trivento tasting event will feature five exquisite wines from the Trivento Premier Vineyard in Mendoza, Argentina, and will be paired with a full gourmet menu by Chef Francois.

The Trivento wines are distinguished for preserving the distinct character of the Mendozan area. Chef Francois perfectly complements each unique flavor with the accompanying course.
